Channels are the WhatsApp phone numbers connected to your company workspace.
- Navigate to Channels
Use Channels to review connected numbers and start the WhatsApp connection flow when your company needs to add a number.

What you can do here
- View connected WhatsApp channels.
- Check each channel's name and external ID.
- Add a new channel if you have admin access.
- Continue into the Meta embedded signup flow.
Before adding a channel
- You need admin access in rather.chat.
- You need the right Meta Business Manager access
- You need to be the Business Manager Admin or Owner.
- Decide whether you will connect an existing number or request a virtual number.
- Review Connect to WhatsApp before starting.
