WhatsApp Templates
WhatsApp templates are approved outbound message formats used for broadcasts and proactive messaging.
- Navigate to WhatsApp Templates
Templates are required when you send a message outside the active 24-hour customer service window. Create and approve at least one template before trying to send your first broadcast.

What you can do here
- View existing templates and their approval status.
- Filter templates by status or channel.
- Create a custom template.
- Create a carousel template when the feature is available.
- Refresh the template list after Meta approval changes.
