Recommended first session
1. Create your workspace
Start with Sign up. After email verification, you will either enter an existing company workspace or create a new one.
2. Connect WhatsApp
Continue with Connect to WhatsApp. This step links the phone number your team will use for chats, broadcasts, and templates.
3. Add the right people
Use Manage team members to invite colleagues and assign the right access level.
4. Run a safe test
Before you send a customer-facing campaign, create an approved WhatsApp template. Then use Create and send a broadcast with internal test contacts.
5. Handle live conversations
Use Chat operations to pause the bot, reply manually, tag the chat, and resume automation after the issue is resolved.
How to know setup is complete
- You can sign in successfully.
- Your company workspace opens after login.
- A WhatsApp channel is connected.
- The correct team members have access.
- At least one WhatsApp template is approved.
- You can send a test broadcast or use a connected feature without a setup error.
